Do you like a subtle, Oaky, yet citrus toned Chardonnay? Perfect! Then this is your new best friend. The three roommates behind this are stoked, and put their numbers on every cork to talk about it. This wine is epic!
35% of this wine was aged in new French oak barrels. This
style of aging builds an imposing nose of oak, while still
allowing the Sonoma Chardonnay to power crisp notes
of fresh-cut pineapple, lemons and green apple.
This wine reflects the bright dry fruit Sonoma
Valley is known for. At first the oak aging lends
a warm velvety undertone that seamlessly
transitions to the fruit characteristics of ripe
Guava, dried mango and melon. The light
tannins reflect the terroir of the valley, and
build structure in the mid pallet, allowing
for a long, satisfying finish.
